Available Position for Clinical Psychologist (Licensed or Permit Holder)

Balanced Insight is a NJ-based psychology practice currently located in Westfield, NJ. Our experience has served the community close to 10 years, providing comprehensive psychological services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We provide clinical services, consultation, and training using evidence-based approaches. Our mission is to help people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives by improving access to trusted, compassionate, and individualized mental healthcare.   

We are seeking a self-motivated, licensed psychologist or license-eligible (permit holder) psychologist to become part of our diverse family of professionals at our Springfield, NJ office location. This ideal candidate will be a creative, energetic, self-starter who enjoys working independently in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Ideal Psychologist should have:  

• • Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Can communicate/collaborate effectively with parents, family members, school professionals, and other invested individuals
  • Expertise providing psychological/therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a range of challenges 
  • Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) is preferred but not required 
  • Open to supervisory relationship and feedback
  • 2-3 days onsite availability for in-person therapy sessions (daytime or evening hours to support weekly caseload of 10 – 15 client sessions. Hybrid format for virtual therapy sessions is also accepted.
