I am a clinical psychologist licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as a certified Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) provider. I earned my Master’s and Doctorate in School Psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans and completed an APA-accredited internship and post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Psychology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Additionally, I have extensive experience collaborating with and partnering with preschools and K-12 public schools, including consulting on program development, providing teacher and parent trainings, and supporting systems-level implementation of evidence-based mental health practices to improve student well-being and academic functioning.
I take a holistic, family-centered approach to promoting mental health and well-being for children, teens, and their caregivers. I strive to ensure that every client and family feels valued, seen, and respected throughout the therapeutic process. My clinical expertise includes early childhood development, behavioral parent training, assessment, and treatment for anxiety and ADHD. I provide evidence-based interventions and caregiver coaching to support positive parent–child relationships, reduce disruptive behavior, and build skills for emotion regulation, attention, and adaptive functioning.
Treatment approaches I draw on include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral parent management strategies, trauma-informed care, and developmentally appropriate play-based techniques for young children. I tailor treatment plans to each family’s strengths, culture, and goals, and emphasize practical skills caregivers can use at home to support their child’s development and well-being.
