Jenifer Shivers
I earned a Bachelors of Science in Sociology from William Paterson University and a Masters of Business Administration – Global Management from Kean University. I retired from a 44 year career at State Farm Insurance Company, where I held positions that included various administrative and leadership roles. I also attained many insurance designations. I have extensive leadership experience and well-developed communication, organizational, and time management skills. I joined Balanced Insight as Administrative Coordinator, and in this role I bring my excellent learning agility, passion, and caring personality to the team.

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in both New Jersey and New York, and a New Jersey certified school psychologist. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who present with a variety of emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
Dr. Tara Harrison
I am a clinical psychologist licensed in New Jersey who specializes in treating adolescents and adults with anxiety and depression.
Dr. Aishah Manuel-Ebanks
I am a NJ Certified School Psychologist who specializes in treating children, adolescents, and young adults presenting with challenges related to anxiety, ADHD, depression, histories of trauma, learning disabilities, ADHD, and other classifications.
Dr. Andrew Orapallo
I am a clinical psychologist licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as a certified Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) provider. My clinical expertise includes early childhood development, behavioral parent training, assessment, and treatment for anxiety and ADHD.
